We define a JAIN KALYANAM TEAM as a group of individuals working together toward a common purpose, in which members have complementary skills, members’ work is mutually dependent, and the group has discretion over tasks performed. Jain Kalayanam is a team of 10 people who work in front end and back end areas with different tasks and roles and responsibilities. Furthermore, teams seek to make members of the work group share responsibility and accountability for their group’s performance.
